Typically, most requests are fulfilled within a span of two days or less. However, the more complex requests may require additional time.
Describe the design you need in as much detail as possible and then attach any assets, images, and copy needed. If you have a brand manual, it is important that you share it with us as well. You can also add sample images of something you liked and we will have that in mind as we design.
It’s ok, we will revise the design until you are satisfied. Although please be advised that we cannot activate the next request until we close the one we are currently working on.
As Mbile Creative is a monthly subscription, we unfortunately do not issue refunds but we offer the opportunity to cancel your subscription at any point.
